High Court Orders Bulet International to Pay N79.3million to Lydop Nigeria for Iron Rods

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, presided over by Justice Yusuf Halilu, has directed Bulet International Nigeria Ltd to remit N79.3million to Lydop Nigeria Ltd as compensation for iron rods supplied under a contractual agreement. The court's ruling pertains to suit FCT/HC/CV/278/25 filed by Lydop Nig. Ltd against Bulet Int’l Ltd for non-payment of the sum.

Bulet International Ltd faces imminent liquidation threats if it fails to comply with the court's order. Justice Halilu noted the Defendant was represented by counsel on three occasions during settlement reports and indicated the court had adjourned thrice to facilitate amicable resolution of the dispute.
