Governor Uba Sani Announces Compensation Payments

Governor Uba Sani disclosed that his administration has paid over N7bn in compensation to property owners impacted by road construction projects over the past three and a half years.

During the flagging off of compensation payments to 865 households, amounting to approximately N2 billion, Governor Uba Sani emphasized the importance of development advancing human dignity.

At the event held at Waziri Lawal Primary School, Governor Uba Sani stated that the distribution of compensation cheques, totaling around N2 billion, commenced on Saturday.

Governor Uba Sani acknowledged the patience of property owners in the affected areas, including Babban Dodo to Kofar Kuyan Bana, Rimin Tsiwa to Kofar Gayan, Tudun Wada, Giwa Township, and Sharna Township.
