Agape Connecting People and Blue Aqua International Group Recognised in First SME AI Impact Awards

Agape Connecting People, a social enterprise founded by Anil David, and Blue Aqua International Group, led by Farshad Shishehchian, participated in the inaugural SME AI Impact Awards ceremony hosted by IMDA on October 13 at Suntec Convention Centre. The event celebrated 30 small and medium-sized enterprises recognized for AI integration in operations.

Agape Connecting People employs artificial intelligence to analyze customer sentiment in real time, enabling operators to manage emotional responses and de-escalate tensions during contact centre interactions.

Anil David noted that the social enterprise adopted off-the-shelf AI technology after staff consultations identified operational pain points and explored AI’s potential applications.
