Nigeria Capital Market Plan Launch at October 19 Conference

The Nigeria Capital Market Master Plan 2026–2036 (NCMMP 2.0) will launch during a conference starting Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10 a.m. Participants are expected to arrive by 9:30 a.m. The event will be chaired by the Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and hosted by the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy.

Additional activities include signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Sector Deepening Africa, and the Nigeria Revenue Service to establish fiscal incentives for national savings. The conference will also inaugurate the NCMMP 2.0 Project Steering Committee and the Capital Market Masterplan Implementation Committee.
