NIS Launches Digital Certificate Verification System

The National Institute for Sports (NIS) has launched a technology-driven certificate verification system to improve the credibility and global recognition of its qualifications. This initiative, announced by Director-General and Chief Executive Officer Comrade Philip Shaibu, covers both newly issued and previously awarded certificates.
NIS certificates now include scannable technology, enabling digital verification of their authenticity from anywhere in the world. This advancement aims to streamline the verification process for employers, sports organizations, and educational institutions.
The new system is designed to enhance security and simplify the authentication of NIS graduates' qualifications, ensuring greater transparency and trust in the credentials issued by the Institute.
