Tinubu’s Economic Reforms Critical for Nigeria’s Recovery

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, emphasized that Nigeria’s economic recovery hinges on maintaining President Tinubu’s reform policies. This assertion came during a stakeholders’ consultation in Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers.
Wike stated that the current administration’s economic direction is the sole path to prevent national collapse, noting that the reforms initiated by Tinubu are necessary to revive a system nearly 'dead' when he assumed office.
He argued that supporting politicians with long-term power ambitions would divert funds from economic gains to cover campaign expenses, while Tinubu remains the only candidate proven to drive meaningful recovery.
