UAE Expands Talent-Based Golden Residence Permit Eligibility

The United Arab Emirates has identified five categories of individuals eligible for its Golden Residence Permit through talent alone. This pathway allows exceptionally skilled people to qualify without traditional visa requirements such as employment contracts, minimum educational qualifications, or specific salary thresholds.

Applicants under this category do not need to hold an employment contract in the UAE, meet a minimum educational qualification, earn a specific monthly salary, or occupy a particular professional level. The UAE government outlined five groups of talented foreigners who could qualify for the permit, emphasizing that eligibility is based solely on talent rather than conventional criteria.
