Youth Training Program Equips Nigerians for Future Leadership

The Foundation's youth training program includes weeks of instruction in leadership, character development, cybersecurity, ethical hacking, robotics, embedded programming, data science, data analytics, software development, artificial intelligence, 3D creative design, filmmaking, photography, and content creation.

Rear Admiral Hamza Ibrahim, the Foundation's founder and Navy Holdings Limited CEO, stated that the program has equipped youths with necessary skills and discipline to become positive role models and drive societal transformation.

The program also features a mentorship system to track trainees' progress in their selected fields, ensuring ongoing support and development. Mustapha Ndajiwo, Niger State's Budget and Planning Commissioner, highlighted the foundation's critical role in youth development for national growth.
