Israel Arrests 10 Over West Bank Violence

Israeli authorities have detained 10 individuals in connection with violent incidents involving West Bank settlers. The arrests followed a series of attacks, including an assault on a media worker and suspected assaults on foreign civilians.

The following day, settlers targeted a convoy carrying European diplomats, including French mayor Bernard Baudoux, who was in the West Bank to assist with the olive harvest.

According to Yesh Din, an Israeli human rights group, settler violence against Palestinians has increased significantly, with at least 170 attacks reported since September 27. International observers and Palestinians remain skeptical about the likelihood of charges being brought against those involved.
