Stallion Group Operations Unaffected by Legal Dispute

Stallion Group companies continue to operate fully and remain unaffected by recent legal developments. The Group has reaffirmed its commitment to fulfilling all lawful obligations.

Stallion Group clarifies that the Federal High Court judgment obtained by United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) pertains specifically to Stallion Nigeria Limited and other entities involved in the legal proceedings.

The disputed facility was extended to Stallion Nigeria Limited and select companies, each of which is a distinct legal entity. Stallion Nigeria Limited has appealed the judgment and is actively engaging with the Bank.

Most Stallion Group companies were not involved in the proceedings and are not bound by the judgment. Their operations, assets, and obligations remain separate and unaffected.
