GB Gymnasts Target Olympic Qualification at World Championships

Over 400 elite artistic gymnasts from 84 countries will compete at the 54th World Championships in Rotterdam, set to take place from 20 to 25 October.
The competition holds special significance as the top three nations in each team event will secure spots at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The USA women, who have dominated team finals since 2011, will depend on the experience of Skye Blakely, competing in her fourth World Championships.
This will be a first senior World Championships for several teammates, including Olympic team gold medallist Hezly Rivera.
The Russian team, competing under neutral status, includes European women’s gold medallists, though reigning world all-around champion Angelina Melnikova was denied a visa to compete in Rotterdam.
