GCB Bank Funds Education Through GETFund Donation

GCB Bank PLC has contributed GH¢200,000 to the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) to aid educational development initiatives nationwide.

The donation was handed over by GCB Bank’s Chief of Staff, Mr Abraham Ferguson Yahaya, during Customer Service Week activities.

Mr Yahaya emphasized the bank’s dedication to education and national development, highlighting the importance of investing in human capital for Ghana’s socio-economic growth.

The Deputy Administrator of GETFund, Mr Alhassan Sualihu Dandaawa, accepted the donation on behalf of the Administrator, Mr Paul Adjei.

Mr Dandaawa acknowledged the contribution, stating the funds will assist in enhancing educational infrastructure and increasing access to education for students across the country.
