Northern Rally Supports Tinubu, But Analysts Warn Against Overestimating Support

Professor Kamilu Sani Fagge, a political scientist at Bayero University, Kano, warned that the size of the APC rally should not be viewed as a definitive indicator of Tinubu’s popularity among northern voters.

Fagge further noted that attendance at such events does not necessarily translate to electoral commitment, as not all participants are expected to support Tinubu in the upcoming election.

A businessman expressed reluctance to support Tinubu, citing increasing costs as a key factor in his decision.
