His responsibilities at the group include banking and the development of businesses in payments, asset management and pension administration. Agbaje has more than three decades of experience across investment, commercial and international banking. He holds an accounting degree and an MBA from the University of San Francisco and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Beyond his banking career, he served as an independent director of PepsiCo and a member of its audit committee from July 2020 to May 2026.
